These tonight & the stout after having a peanut butter ice cream cake to celebrate multiple birthdays this weekend with family. The stout was an excellent second dessert.
My Brown Ale keg kicked so I tapped the American Wheat which was already carbed and conditioned (I have a 3 tap kegerator with room for a fourth keg and an extra gas line off the manifold).
I’m drinking the crap out of my homegrown pale ale. It’s carbonated now. I almost froze it the other day. In trying to turn the temperature of the kegerator up, I did the opposite and had a beer slushy for a while. It is thawed and awesome. It still needs to clear but it is tasty.
