Last one for tonight and early to bed. I’m exhausted from job hunting but I’ll be back at it again tomorrow along with basketball practice in the evening.
 
HB WCIPA/Hazy(ish) Pale kegged 10 days ago.

This recipe was a “Happy Accident “. Originally set out to brew Cellarmaker’s Kilning Me Softly. Turns out I didn’t have enough two-row pale so made up the difference with Pilsner malt and a bit of Maris Otter. Turned out great! Been using it as my “process test brew”.

First batch using Vitamin C. Still early but looks/tastes “brighter”.

Have a batch fermenting now (did second dry hop tonight) that I used a new mill/crush on.

I’m not familiar with bourbon whiskey but figured why not try now and support local. Bought the Black Button a while back and it’s running low. So I picked up the Iron Smoke to try something new.
I’m not experienced enough to pick out the differences yet and I’ll stick to making whiskey sours. 😬
