Hb robust porter after a Hb dark mild. I think I’ll be brewing the mild again. Haven’t really had much of the style, but I’m liking it!

Mild ales and bitters have been 2 of my most commonly brewed beers since I started brewing. Really hard to find commercial examples especially of mild here in the US.

I learned something today. Never let your six-year old choose a beer for you from the refridgerator. This is a Pineapple Passion Fruit Sour (bad). ABV 6% (good). It tastes like gummy bears and Capri Sun had a love child.
I shall choose my own beer from here on out.

Back on the HB now. Drinking my Marzen. I didn't do a D-rest and instead just let it sit for a while. Simple, and nice. Also, really really clear after only a week of lagering.

My pale ale, hopped with Azacca and El Dorado, both in the boil and dry hopped (3 parts Azacca, 1 part El Dorado).
Too bad I knocked the glass over on the previous pour - good beer gone to waste.

Space Goat. A really good, made in Montana, APA. My wheat APA keg kicked after about 4 oz. so I’m down to store bought beer until my Cali Common carbs. I think I’ll survive.
