OJ with a Ginger Soother. I'll be having a few of these this week because of a positive Covid test...sigh. Oh well, symptoms were the worst this past Sunday, but feeling closer to normal every day. Thank goodness for being fully-vaccinated!

I think this is a good a time as any to bottle my last batch of HB before getting set up to start kegging. With 5-7 days of isolation, however, I might be drinking a lot of flat Belgian Saison!

Just tapped a HB Marzen. Roughly half Vienna and half Munich Type 1. Wyeast 2206 Bavarian. A bit light at 5.0% ABV. Tastes nice and very drinkable. Very clear.
