Red Ale is boiling in the garage. Pub Ale is in the mash, toasted grain smell in the kitchen. Get to use my wort wizard thru my CFC 1st time. 68 degrees outside. Life is good, time for a beer!

Speaking of garages, I'm working on organizing mine today so I can finally get serious about my garage brewery. I'm taking a break right now to charge up my drill. I bought a bike holder, golf organizer and a sports organizer. I'm setting up my lagerator (for summer - too cold now) and I have a shelving unit that will hold all my brew gear and tools so I quit losing things. Pictures will be posted in a few weeks when I finally get everything together. SWMBO is very supportive of my turning my half of the garage into a brewery.

Low 40's here, but I don't miss Tucson's summers.

The guy from MacGas finally came by yesterday, maybe I'll have a garage heater this month.

I'm going to brew like a maniac mid-Apr thru May (or when the tap water is too warm) and then put stuff in storage. It's not fun brewing in a sauna and my brews weren't that good last summer. I got 6 kegs and 6 cases of bottles. That should hold me off until Oct or as far as it gets me.
