Wet vs. Dry yeast

Pretty much as the subject says, what is the difference between wet yeast and dry yeast?

Dry yeast will store for a long time until opened and still store for a bit after that. Liquid yeast needs to be used when relatively fresh( a few months from packaging). Liquid does offer more variety though.
