Cane Sugar: 1.5 lbs (replace with 50/50 mix of above extracts if you wish)
Hops (pellets):
Cascade: 1.76 oz (60 min)
Willamette: .86 oz (60)
Willamette: .75 oz (10)
Willamette: .50 oz (2)
Columbas: 1.0 oz (Dry Hop in Secondary)
10 Grams of "Brew King Premium Oak Chips" (oak powder, not toasted)
1 oz of dried currents (optional)
Yeast: Danstar Windsor
OG: 1.063
FG: 1.013
A/V: 6.57%
IBU: 55.7 (based on 2.5 gallon boil)
SRM: 10.9 (though It looks more like 15 to 20 SRM; a dark ruby red color)
