This is the closest I have ever gotten. It is dead on... Required a double dry hop to provide the volume of aroma but it is finally there. I had to much liquid to start so had to boil for an additional 5 minutes. Mash temp & duration is because of my HERMS. If doing a normal rest in a cooler, 60 min @ 150 degrees is fine..
