Cold crashing a Kölsch and chilling 6 lagers (Schwarzbier, Oktoberfest, Vienna Lager, Honey Brown, Dortmunder Export, Dunkel) before tossing them in the fermentation chamber.

I also measured the temp of the tap water - down to 36 degrees this morning. Makes for a quick chill.
