I am considering fabricating some brewing equipment instead of buying, has anyone welded copper to stainless? What filler materials did you use?

Test sample: first picture is weld side, second picture is back of weld.

Alloys: 316 or 321 stainless / 110 or 101 copper. My primary focus is wort chillers, future projects are kettles.

The test samples that are pictured are; 17-7 stainless and 110 copper. The fusion weld is autogenous (no filler material fusion). The copper sheet is .010 thicker than the stainless and pulled into the weld join. The copper flowed similar to silicon bronze...
