I am very new to this, so new that I have only done kit beer so far. I am from South Africa and there is a Mashing Course I am going on in a few weeks time. I have spent time with a "Brewmaster" here and helped with a begin to end mash of a Irish Red so do understand some of the terminology.
What I am looking for is help with a recipe for Weiss, however I am looking for STRONG BANANA
flavour as I have additions I want to do once I have established this!
I have read a lot about different yeasts, but am so confused as to which one is best that I dont know which one to use. Please can you guys help?
