Weiss or Similar

Hi All

I am very new to this, so new that I have only done kit beer so far. I am from South Africa and there is a Mashing Course I am going on in a few weeks time. I have spent time with a "Brewmaster" here and helped with a begin to end mash of a Irish Red so do understand some of the terminology.

What I am looking for is help with a recipe for Weiss, however I am looking for STRONG BANANA flavour as I have additions I want to do once I have established this!

I have read a lot about different yeasts, but am so confused as to which one is best that I dont know which one to use. Please can you guys help?

I'm rather new to brewing (about 6 or 7 brews) but I made a Hefe that had a strong banana flavor. get a Hefewizen yeast and ferment on the high side of the temperature range for clove and flavor.

this is the one with strongest banana flavour I tried.
as you're a rookie, maybe a dry yeast could be better:

but the aroma are not so strong...

I have read a lot about people who say either wyeast or WLP300 is the way to go, my question what is better for Banana?

Is Hefe the way to go for Strong Banana flavour?
