5.5 gallons of pinot noir is FINALLY in the fermenter. I must thank Yooper, she got the ball rolling on this (she sent SWMBO a fine sample from Broken Leg Cellars), it got my SWMBO off the schnied and some wine into the fermenter! 
This was her first kit, a Pinot Noir. She did all the work, with a little bit of my schooling, but she is pretty proud.
Can't wait for a finished product....but we've got a long ways to go. The hard part is done!
