Started my first outdoor brew session today and just finished steeping grains when the clouds opened up and pissed all over me and my brew. I wasn't to concerned about the bit of extra water in the kettle and everything else was sealed up except for the 3/4 ounces of magnum bittering hops - they were sitting in a small container (sealed but not watertight) that tipped into a bucket of starsan. I fished the container out and it looks like hop soup. I'm about 10 minutes from full boil when I'll need these. Ok that they'll be sitting in some starsan for a bit?
