I recently brewed my 6th all grain beer and have had issues with low efficiency. After research every aspect of my brewing, I have found the culprit. My lack of knowledge brewing all grain led me to use distilled water. My next batch I am going to use spring water. At this time I do not have the funds for a purifier and our tap water is very hard. Do you think that this is will help improve my efficiency? One brew was as low as 60%.
