This might be considered the most dumb of questions on water.

RO water. When considered a blank slate.. are all the parameters near zero.

Ca, Mg, Cl, HCO3, SO4, etc?

IOW, If I put RO into either Bru'n or EZ.. is that the starting point? If in fact they ARE all zero?

Thanks..

They are not all 0, but close enough. My RO water as an alkalinity of 17 ppm, but without using RO my tap water is 228 ppm.

Everything else is so darn near 0, if not 0, that using 0 is close enough. Like calcium may be 1 ppm.
