Brasserie d’ Achouffe uses fairly hard water in terms of sulfate, just be careful to keep alkalinity low as the beer is going to be fairly pale assuming you're using a "normal" recipe. Also definitely use sugar, if you don't dry this style out it'll be more like a Belgian styled barleywine.
 
I have really soft water. I haven't run numbers yet but just got my new digital ph meter in so hopefully it goes smoothly brew day.

No that is my well water in my new house. I am going to add magnesium to get levels up and gypsum. Also Lactic acid.

You get that water from a well? Wow. Nice clean slate to work with!
A little CaCl2 and CaSO4 should put you right where you want.
