This tank was replaced with a larger capacity tank at the office. Any ideas how to put it to good use?

I may be able to filter the Municipal Water supply that is hard, and treated with a dash of Chlorine, or I could take my softened water and start with that. A R.O. system seems like overkill, and SWMBO will growl at the waste.
