I often bottle my beer early Sunday mornings - just seems to be the best time. But when I take that last gravity reading at 7am, I always think to myself "if I drink this sample beer now, does that make me an alcoholic?"

The answer si always no. And the bit of beer in the morning is a good wake-up for the liver from the night before.

Just real late at night when no one notices... It's just a better hobby that's less expensive than tuner cars. But in all fairness my lil tuner is stil languishing in a body shop waiting to get done. Money doesn't talk any more,insurance does!
Besides,I feel like it's good to help folks when they need it if I can. And I can drink home brew & shots while doing so. Now if the son would get movin walkin on for vodka smokes & kerosine,we could...Dang I need my car back.

Empty corny? My second bathroom has become a fermenting chamber and a garden. Got a cider goin, a hard lemonade conditioning, a simcoe ipa carbing, and kale, eggplant, cucumbers, peppers, brussels sprouts, beets, serranos, cayenne, bhut jalokia, giant jalapenos, and two types of tomato seeds starting.

The hard lemonade is in the toilet tank. I'm going to gravity feed it into a 3 gallon corny for serving. I guess in my pic, I cut out the part of the tank lid that I drilled out for an airlock

I'm barely getting away with it. Now that winter is here, we spend most of our time upstairs, where this bathroom is. I use this bathroom for my cider because I've been using 3711, and don't want any temperature control. Whenever I have a cider actively fermenting, this bathroom is a real stink bomb, so my wife has been complaining lately. Now that I have my seed bank going, and a cider actively fermenting, she ******* every time she's in there. I kinda told her the only other option is our bedroom, so she let's me leave it up there. I'm weeks away from doing the downstairs bathroom over, so this bathroom is going to have to be cleared out for daily use, so I'm gonna have to come up with another option soon
