what is the warmest your keg has gotten after it's initial chill? if I keg, carb, and serve in the 50's, what kind of taste defects am I loooking at if I move it out of the fridge into the cellar around 65-68 for 2 weeks? (fridge space sacrifice would be for a fermentation..) what do you think?

73 degrees. I never noticed any difference. Not saying there isn't a difference, i just never noticed one.

I pulled a keg of Wit out of the fridge for a party to put something else in. Put it back in 3 days later and it still tastes great. It was at about 70-72 the while out of the fridge.
