Looking for some ideas on recipes that are more temperature-forgiving. That is, the house gets upwards of 78 or so during the day and doesn't get much cooler than 74 or so in the evening. I could rig up a very simple evaporative cooling system ... the ~ ≥40% humidity would likely keep things cool enough ... but, if I can avoid it, so much the better. Any ideas/thoughts on fermenting/secondary(ing) at somewhat higher temps like this? Any recipes or yeast strains that are particularly forgiving of higher temps?

Thanks in advance!

Considering that the fermentation can add 5For more to wort above the ambient temp, you are looking at 80F or more. I cannot think of any yeast that will give you a suitable result at those temps.
