I finally got two corny kegs for Christmas and have been chomping at the bit to use them. I just did a pale ale that has been in the secondary for a week only to find out my kegerator isn't working!! (Whole other issue). How long can I leave the pale in the secondary? I also dry hopped it with a couple ounces of hops from my garden if that impacts it at all. Thanks!

Why not keg it now, to get it off of the dryhops? You can either add some priming sugar to carb it up (2.5 ounces by weight), or use c02 if you have some.

That was the other option I meant to ask. Am I able to transfer it to the keg now and let it sit at room temp?
