So I bought a vinator & it looks pretty straight forward, so I put it together to test. I start pumping some water & I hear the spring jump out of place. So I mess with it for a while & it keeps doing. Basically, the spring doesn't set on the bottom piece well enough. Anyone else have this issue and a solution? Thx

DISREGARD: I was pushing down to hard/far when priming it.

I should have a little more patience & not be so rammy... (sigh)

I grew tired of 200 cycles to prime the stupid thing, and since I normally have a bucket of starsan close by, I fill it in the bucket, and plop it into the bowl pre-primed.

200 times? Wow....I find you have to have the starsan above the threads of the actual pump....Usually takes about 10 pumps to prime.
