Going to try this one tomorrow. It's something I threw together, what do you think?

Type: All grain Size: 3 gallons
Color: 8 HCU (~6 SRM)
Bitterness: 20 IBU
OG: 1.049 FG: 1.010
Alcohol: 5.0% v/v (3.9% w/w)
Grain:
2 lb. German Pilsner
2 lb. German Vienna
1 lb. German Munich
.25 lb. Melanoidin

Mash: 152 for 90 min

Hops:
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 45 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 30 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (6% AA, 15 min.)
.25 oz. Cascade (aroma)

I'm going to use some fresh ginger, orange peel, and coriander in the boil. I'm looking for something malty and tasty with mostly flavor and aroma hops.

I'll probably double up on the grain and do a second brew with saaz to give it a try. Thoughts?
