so i just starting brewing, i wanted to try a cider seeing as it easy and quick. i was sort of winging it and i added almost a pound of sugar to a little less then a gallon of cider. my OG was 1.090 and im using s-04 am i going to have anything drinkable?

Generally the higher the ABV the longer your going to want to let it age. So yes you will have something drinkable, maybe 2 weeks after being bottled but most likely it will be far Superior at 6 months
