Last night I brewed a Hoegaarden White Ale. This morning when I went to check it, the top of primary fermenter was bulging up, and the airlock was actually blowing bubbles out of the top. The yeast I used was a Wyeast 3463 Forbidden Fruit Yeast. Is this an exceptionally lively brew? Is it normal for this type of beer. I have never had a beer as lively as this one, usually I am wondering why it is not doing much.
