I got a little impatient and put a bottle from my 1st batch into the fridge after 16 days of bottle conditioning.

It tastes good but has an abundance of a hop flavor when you drink it but the aftertaste is clean. I used 1.5 oz of cascade hops for bittering for 60min and .5oz of cascade as my aroma hops for 15 min. Will this flavor mellow with time?

Yes, and give it at least another week in the bottle.

Yeah, cascades are like that. It'll mellow.
