Just purchased a BrewBuilt X1 Uni Pro 14 gallon conical from More Beer. Hoping to be delivered in a couple of weeks. So I have everything to try fermenting under pressure. My plan is to start fermenting with 10 lbs of pressure and transfer under co2 pressure to my kegs using a spunding valve to minimize foaming. I have 2 10 gallon kegs, but would also use 2 5 gallon kegs with a jumper to the 2nd keg. I also may include an online filter. I'm also thinking about the option of doing a short boil in my 12 gallon boil pot for a 15 gallon batch, ferment with 12 gallons and add water equally to my kegs in advance. So can anyone offer any advice about my thoughts here? Thanks in advance
