Vanilla Dry Stout?

So I would like to make a Dry stout that focuses on a vanilla flavor. Can anyone help with a recipe? Im a partial mash brewer.
Here's what I was thinking

Steeping Grains
8oz roasted barley
8oz chocolate malt
4oz crystal 80
4oz black patent

Extract - Not sure
Hops - Not sure
Yeast - not sure
