I am not usually one for flavoring my beer with anything other than beer, but we just moved into a new home and the neighbor has a gorgeous white peach tree that grows into our yard. Summer coming, other people liking fruit flavored beers, and having fresh fruit to use means I want to give it a whirle. Probably with a Belgian style beer similar to something like Golden Monkey. When would be the best time to add and how much for a 5 gallon batch. I was thinking during the boil and heck I don't know maybe 5 small peaches. Thoughts?
