Can someone explain to me when to use DME to prime instead of corn sugar? How much should I use to carbonate to replace the corn sugar?
 
Is it going to change the taste? I have heard to use it for different purposes, like flavoring or for stouts.....true? Or is it just because people run out of that expensive corn sugar :D
