I have used apple juice concentrate to sweeten my last few ciders in the keg. I cold crash in the keg for 48 hours, add 2 thawed cans of concentrate, roll kegs. My first gallon is very sweet (concentrate at bottom). Is there a good method for thoroughly mixing the concentrate into the cider so that it is more evenly dispersed?

Never done this but I plan to when I make a cider and would think mixing at room temp would be better, then place in the fridge and enjoy once carbed up. Are you crashing then pulling a couple pints to clear sediment? Otherwise you are just stirring it back up by rolling...
