So I had this idea that I was hoping you guys could help me with. Mainly… is it feasible or just another 1 of my many bad ideas?

I have a bunch of mead and cider in secondary right now. After it all clears up it’s going into wine bottles for more aging. I don’t want to do carb in the bottle with yeast for several reasons.
1. Bottles bombs
2. I don’t want all of it to be carbonated
3. Sediment

Instead I though I could get a 1 gal keg and fill it as desired. I could carbonate and drink either cider or mead 1 gallon at a time. I would fill it, run it up to 15 psi for 24 hours and then back it off to 3-5 psi for the remainder of its life.

Whatdahyahll think?
