I just tried some of the honey liquor and rum. It's pretty good stuff. had some ouzo as well. it was ok, i'm not a big fan of the stuff in general. i bought a bottle of the rum tho.

I apologize if this is taboo, but I accidentally let a barrel (purchased from Steelers77!) dry out, and was looking for anyone that has experience in getting them swelled and treated again. I've seen lots of options, actually looking for feedback from someone who's actually done it before.
