So a friend of mine that knows I brew texted last night saying he has this 3 tier set up he's gonna sell and wanted to know if I was interested. He took it on trade and has never brewed. Also has some carboys and s few other accessories. No set price. Just says to make an offer. What is a fair offer???

Why not offer to be shareholders. you buy the malt and the mill and brew together. If that is not in your wheelhouse I would float 300-400 dollars as a starting offer to test the waters. Looks great from here.

Since we moved away from the area he's in that would be difficult. I do like the idea of that otherwise . .. maybe I can find someone else to split the deal.
