Sampled my first cider and about ready to bottle. Noticed a funk like tasting note similar to the funk from a Brett beer. I used store bought cider (pasteurized, but no preservatives) and fermented with WLP775 at 68* for two weeks then transferred to secondary and dry hopped with 2 oz el dorado for a week. There was a white bubbly film that formed on the top then settled out. The funk isn't necessarily bad but completely unintentional. Any idea on what it could be?

All advice appreciated.

Thanks!
