I have just started a kegerator conversion of an undercounter wine cooler/refrigerator (will post more info with some questions later), but I am looking to order conversion kit now.

I have 28" interior height and will be using sixth or slim quarter barrels. It looks like a standard lever coupler is right at the limit at 28" (hose tight against top). Any suggestions regarding the standard vs. low profile? Thanks in advance!

Maybe I could reword this question since I do not think the standard coupler will fit with the beer hose attached.

Does anyone have feedback regarding a preference for using a low-profile coupler vs. a standard coupler with a 90 degree elbow fitting?

Thanks in advance!

I have 2 of the perlick low profile on sixtels in an under counter fridge. They work good.If you need measurements or have questions let me know

Do yourself a major favor and get the perlick flow control taps.It will hands down be the best kegging decision youll make. No foamy beer,no long lines,no line balancing.Perfect pours every time.

Hi Johnny - thanks for the reply. I was planning on getting the Perlick 630, but will change to the 650 with the flow control!

I have a 650ss and do not have the surfer problem. Many do not.
