Ever make a sugar wash for the beer leftover beer grains.

I make a wash whenever I brew from the leftover beer grains. There's still some flavor in that barley. Currently doing a wash with the sparged grains from hefe and and alt grain bills. Added sugar and off it went. It smells pretty good. Only cost is some sugar.

Do you carbonate it and drink it like beer? This sounds interesting.
