I hesitate to post this question since it will probably go down hill but here goes ....
Got a simple hefe bottled up. Put a 12 pack in the fridge after 2 weeks in the bottle at 70-75 degrees.
Flavor is great, but the carbonation is a little low. And it gives you the beer farts something fierce.
1. Should I take the remaining 6 pack out of the fridge and let it warm back up to 70 for another week or two to improve carbonation?
2. Will letting it carb and condition longer help with the fart factor?
3. Is it live yeast causing the gas attack after drinking? and if so, anything I can do about it?
Thanks!
