Hello fellas. Looking for the strongest wheat beer recipe. The best way I could describe what I want is if you could open a bottle of beer and it taste like liquid wheat. A real strong wheat. Thanks. Looking forward to the suggestions.

Wheat beers are traditionally about half and half wheat and barley. But you might like a nice Weizenbock. A nice strong wheat/barley beer.

Magichat just released a wheatwine in 750ml called Graupel at 22.5Brix SG 10.8ABV hoped with simcoe and amarillo its SUPPER sweet and i hated it...lol

I used to LOVE wheat beers and this completely turned me off to brewing a huge wheat wine persay.
Try and seek it out if you want to taste a commercial sample, first time i ever heard of the style.

EDIT: forgot i went up there for new years so it might not be available in most areas but im sure if you post something on the ISO forums youll get a hit from someone in VT

Boulevard has a wheat wine "style" ale out now. It's big but not nearly as malty as a barleywine. My neighbor just brewed a wheat wine.
