UFO White Clone

Hi guys!

I'm a bit new to all grain brewing. Im looking for a 10-15 gallon UFO White clone. I'm looking for something with the crisp fruity flavor. Ive tried several wheat extract brews, all came out tasting like Weihenstephaner Hefeweissbier. Im not complaining but not what I was going for. Any suggestions?

I'm pretty sure this particular beer is all about the yeast.
