Hi All,
I couldn't really find any good Firestone Sucaba clone recipes out there, so wanted to bump a bit and see if I could find anyone who's brewed something close and give some insight into my recipe.

SRM: 40
Boil Time 120m

English 2 row - 43.5%
Marris Otter - 30%
Munich - 14.2%
Crystal 40L - 6%
Crystal 120L - 1.3%
Crisp Chocolate - 5%

After fermentation, drop in some oak cubes and bourbon into a secondary or keg and let it sit for awhile until desired flavor. American oak I'm assuming over french oak....

Water profile:
Calcium (Ca): 75 ppm
Magnesium (Mg): 10 ppm
Sodium (Na): 20 ppm
Chloride (Cl): 65 ppm
Sulfate (SO4): 40 ppm
Bicarbonate (HCO3): 125 ppm
