Tygon Lines

Has anyone here used the b-44-3 beverage lines? I'm looking to upgrade my lines and decided to either get the b-44-3 or b-44-4x. It seems everyone has had good luck with the 4x, but the 3 lines specifically call out beverages such as water, fruit juices etc and say in most cases does not affect the flavor of the liquid being dispensed. The 4x specifically calls out that it's to be used for milk/dairy. Anyone want to weigh in? Thanks.

Did you find anymore info about this? I am thinking about purchasing tygon b-44-3 as well.

No one responded. I went to home depot and bought .170 ice maker lines(polyethylene). Work like a charm.
