Two-staging an IPA batch----worried!!!!!

I brewed an IPA batch last monday before i left town. my roommate said the bubbles stopped on Thursday. I got back Friday and transferred the brew from the bucket to a glass carboy. Since then, I have not seen much action (no bubbles in airlock, no ring around the sides, etc). I have noticed spots of white foam on the top of the batch. Is this OK? am i too late to save the beer?

Sounds like it's done fermenting...Take a gravity reading to make sure.
