This is my first post. Have been brewing for almost three years. Kits, Extract, All Grain and now BIAB. I have made Orfy's Mild Mannered Ale three times since April. First one soured (definitely infected), second one great and now three days into fermenting the latest batch has definitely soured again...Used Nottingham yeast for all three. In my searches I saw that at one time there were problems with that yeast. Anyone having any problems lately? I think it's time to change the yeast. I clean and sanitize like crazy so trying to figure out what's going on. These are the only failures I've ever had in over twenty brews so I'm understandably frustrated. Hate dumping beer...
