Two headed hop plant!

So some critter recently ate the top of my hop plant off and now it is coming back with two heads! So do I let it split and come up like that or do I trim one side off and just train one to come up?

Either will work. If you're looking for height, lop one of the two off, and the other will become the new "leader"...
