4.0 oz Honey Malt (25.0 SRM)
2.4 oz Roasted Barley (695.0 SRM)
2.4 oz Chocolate Malt (385.0 SRM)
0.75 oz Challenger [7.00 %] - Boil 60.0 min
0.75 oz Whitbread Golding Variety (WGV) [5.00 %] - Boil 20.0 min
0.50 oz Fuggles [4.50 %] - Boil 10.0 min
1.0 pkg Irish Ale (Wyeast Labs #1084)

I'd be really interested to get someone's thoughts on this as well. I helped a little with the brewing and am trying to learn the ins and outs of tweaking a recipe. Suggestions are greatly appreciated!
