My last two brews have been done in half boil. I personally cannot attest to their quality becuase one died and the other is aging in the bottle. I know that many prefer the full boil, and I want to step up to it. Here is my question. Is a pot that I have fried turkey in usable? I just got some star san, and is it up to that challenge? Is this risky, or can it be cleaned well enough? Thanks......
