Hey folks, I trying to clone Rock Art's American Red red ale. It's got an abv of 5.2%. Their website lists pale malt, oats, flaked barley, black malt, chocolate malt, red malt and meladolin malt. They list hops as magnum, centennial, liberty and crystal. I would probably use wlp 001, wlp002 or us-05. I'm trying to do a 5gl all grain batch which I plan to keg. Any advice on a preliminary recipe would be great. thanks in advance. Cheers!
