trouble downloading bru'n water

For an unknown reason to me I cannot download the file bru'n water to my desktop. I click on the file and try to open it, save it, or save as and nothing happens. Has the free version been removed and I need to donate first?

I can load it on my phone but it is a view only. I guess I have to donate to use it. I got the impression the free version was usable too but with less features. Anyone?

I know that Martin Brungard hangs out in the Brewing Science section of the forum. I don't know how often he peruses in here. But he'd definitely be the one to ask. I know I have the free version and it works just fine for me.

Downloads fine; opens fine; saves fine. It must be on your end.

Trick is to select "open with" and choose excel from the list. Then the file will come up.

I was just stupid.. didn't know about Google files or Google docs. I am becoming more computer savvy. I just need to get a good a good water report for kansas city mo. And I'll be good to go.
