I am looking to make a clone of this Troegs Scratch beer. One of my favorite saisons I have ever had. Here are the list of ingredients from their website.

MALTS: Honey Malt, Pale, Torrified Wheat, White Wheat

HOPS: German Northern Brewer, Saaz, Saphir

YEAST: French Saison

Does anyone have any idea what some rough measurements for the ingredients could be? Any guesses? It would be a 5 gallon batch.

Thanks

Use an online calculator like brewers friend to figure out amounts. This is my guess straight from my ass.

1.060

67% Pale malt
20% White wheat
10% Torrified wheat
3% Honey malt

Mash at 150. Target a mash ph of 5.3.

21 IBU (use northern brewer for the bittering addition)

Use 1/2 oz saphir 1/2 oz saaz per 5.5gal at 15 minutes
and 1/2 oz saphir, 0.5--1.5 oz of saaz at knockout. ( i have no idea hoppy the beer was. Saaz is fairly mild. Cut back a bit if you have very hard water.)

Ferment with wyeast3711, around 68 or so.
